Arrival

When Poly Boss arrives to raise your sunken concrete, the first thing you’ll see is our self-contained trailer.  We bring our slab jacking equipment with us along with everything else we need to get the job done promptly and professionally.  From the trailer, we can reach up to 210′!

3 Simple Steps

The process involves 3 simple steps to raise sunken concrete:

  • Drill – we will drill holes in the slab and place a port in each hole
  • Pump –  we will inject polyurethane foam through the ports to raise the slab
  • Patch – we will patch all the holes

Completion

The poly foam cures and hardens very quickly.  In most cases you will be able to walk or drive on your slab within 15 minutes of completion!

Here’s what you’ll find in the Poly Boss trailer!

Our slab jacking equipment includes everything we need to get the job done: power plant, air compressor, and air dryer as well as the reactor, hose and chemicals.
A generator for power, an air compressor for pressure and an air drier to control humidity.

Mud jacking is heavy

Mud Jacking – The Two Biggest Issues

Before I talk about mud jacking, I have to remind you we do poly foam jacking, so we have a bias. But we have that bias for a reason, we definitely, positively, absolutely believe that using foam is a better solution than mud jacking, and here’s the two biggest reasons why! Mud Jacking Issue One […]

mudjacking versus foamjacking -

Foamjacking VS Mudjacking

Why Foamjacking VS Mudjacking? We often have people ask if we do mudjacking and we have to explain that we use a similar service called foam jacking. While there are many differences between using foam (a specialized formula of polyurethane foam to be specific) and using mud (more like a slurry of concrete, gravel and […]
